During three years, she worked as an research and teaching assistant of Prof. Alain Hirsch, University of Geneva in the field of company law. From 1977 to 1992, she was exposed to an international environment while working with Baker & McKenzie, Geneva, first as a trainee and associate and then as a partner. She pursued her practice from 1993 to 2006 as a partner of Izbicki & Simkhovitch-Dreyfus and from 2007 to 2019 of Cabinet Mayor before integrating Budin Partners in 2020.
